What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful, science-backed practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore emotional balance. It helps quiet the mind, regulate stress responses, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm, creating space for clarity, healing, and deep inner peace.

What to Expect in a Session
A typical Breathwork session is transformative. You’ll be guided through specific breathing patterns designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you shift from stress to calm. support emotional release and transcend to mental clarity.
Sessions can be offered as one-to-one, in groups or within a corporate setting. They can also be blended with HeartMath techniques and Meditation and Mindfulness, facilitating a deeper connection within. Breathwork is also a core part of our regular Just Relax group classes.
